Absolutely horrible company to work with from a consumers perspective. Bought their private label flooring brand, Timeless Designs. Had issues and tried to submit a warranty claim. Had an “independent” inspector sent who found the manufacturer free of blame but then found out the “independent” inspector works at his family owned flooring retail business that just so happens to sell Timeless Designs flooring (which he never felt the need to disclose).
