This company is horrible. No customer service or communication with format or tracking #s. They put our DVD-9 on a DVD-5 which chopped it off and expected us to sign off on it, as one example that they dont know what theyre doing. They got our order wrong 3 times and nothing was delivered to our deadline and even hung up the phone on us. No professionalism, no communication, they dont deliver anything good. Youll be wise to stay away from CD MasterCopy.
