I have used this company two times so far. The first time we ordered form them, they were great--customer service wise. The printing on the DVD face plate was a little bad, but no big deal. The second time we ordered, we submitted new artwork and they reprinted our first order w/ the old artwork. It took a while for them to correct the order, but they did it eventually and we got the disks with the correct artwork. Now for my most recent order. We placed an order with this company over a month ago, and still have not received it. Sales Officer Renee Lunchana will not return my emails or my phone calls. Have left numerous messages with supervisors, and they are not returning my calls either. This is a horrible company, and will never recommend them.
