Never deal with this company. When they do reply to emails, they show that they didn t read the original query. And that is if they do reply to emails. I have paid for a small project (300 CDs) and received them only a few weeks later than I d hoped - no biggie. But it turns out 100+ of the CDs were faulty. I sent those CDs back and they will not return my calls or emails. I ve called/emailed multiple times over the last 6 months, and have not heard back from them. THIS IS THE WORST CD COMPANY EVER. They don t respond to phone calls, text, emails, or live chat. Do not order anything from them because THEY WONT MAKE IT. It s been 3 weeks and i m still waiting on ART PROOFS that they supposedly sent a few days ago. They have not responded to anything i have sent them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Oh I ve had a peach of a time with these folks.I initially sent in for a quote via email.No response, so I called numerous times and no one would speak to me.They are always in meetings or busy. They will not return messages either.I got an email response finally 2 weeks later but they didn t answer any questions, in fact they vaguely asked me another question.I was upset so I complained about the level of customer service.I got a response right away this time.... The answer from them was have a nice day .What a load of crap
