Update: problem described below was resolved. Adding a star. Original review: Mixed experience. We used CCW through our realtor in the process of buying and selling a house. A few projects with time constraints were done on time and to our satisfaction. A follow-up project, however, took much longer, responsiveness of CCW to our e-mails was poor, and we ended up with inferior products and inferior installation.
