From the Owner to the Techs this is a company people keep. Yes they are Human. and as such prone to error, but I have been using their service for 10 years and its consistently good. The girls in the office are true pros and will go out of their way to serve.
I can't say enough good things about CCS. I have been using them for years at various properties. They are available within 24-48 hrs to come out and do the job. I've used them for carpet cleanings, pet treatments, upholstery cleaning, and deodorizing. They have affordable rates and different levels of carpet clean depending on how soiled/dirty they are. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work!
Will never recommend. 1 star is too much for this company. I called and schedule 4 bedroom, hallway and stairs. Lady who took order repeat order to me get me a price for for $169 when the tech arrive she call me 5 minutes later to said stairs was not mention that only was 3 bedroom and living room. No idea why living room when got tile. She said now will be $250 because we need to use a bigger machine. I asked bigger machine?
