All my visits there for the last year have been great, no complaints about anything, so far.
If I could give this establishment less, I would. They waited until 20 minutes before my appointment (which I had to wait 3 weeks to get) for therapy to tell me I was no longer allowed to see a therapist for missing 2 appointments last year. Which one of those times were cancelled by the provider! I asked “what can I do to get back on the program? I really need help”. There doctors are awesome. Me and 5 of my family Members have been stable and functioning THANKZ TO ANDREW. It never takes more than hour to be seen. I've never been freaked out by anything or anyone there. I've been seen by all the doctors and each one has effectively helped out. Even though sometimes you see different doctors, that's part of their system. You usely are told that unless you schedule an appointment may see whomever can fit you in thier load. Nothing but good things to say about CCCC
No one listens, no one cares, you are nothing more than a number to them. You'll get switched around from Dr to Dr and every month they want to change your meds. Been on 8 different meds in 3 months. They just push you through and then when you express a concern with your treatment they tell you to go somewhere else. The signs they have up stating that 100% of patients surveyed would recommend them is a lie. I wouldn't take a dog there. Find somewhere else for treatment because they suck. This place is for crap. The doctors there are low rate. And don't know how to treat ppl. They stopped all my meds I was on before, and told me that they would have to do test that have already been done. And when I went in there for therapy they forgot to put me in the system and I waited for two hours.
