Well I have only been here one time but I can tell you this, I won’t be back!!! I did my evaluation and talked to the doctor, was prescribed medication and sent in my way. Well I started the medication and took a total of two pills and my world went to hell. I was sick on my stomach, my head was all kinds of messed up, my pupils were blown, and I started having auditory and visual hallucinations. So..... As the only place in town that takes the insurance and does the testing my daughter needs, I’m kind of stuck, but even though her therapist is nice, she’s booked out 2 months for what is supposed to be a biweekly appointment. That means that they have too many patients and not enough staff. That’s a huge issue!
RecommendedMy daughter has been going there almost 3 yrs, and has never switched doctors. Dr Mikhail knows her, and adjusts her meds according to her, after listening to her. Yes the appointments are fairly quick, but psychiatrists are medication managers-you should also see s therapist if having issues and really need someone to listen and help with coping skills-that's 2 different people...
My first appointment was very nice. The girls were very kind. I am happy with how everything went. I had horrible anxiety before I got there, but I feel much better knowing my needs will be met!
Run, don't walk, to a different office.

All those angels walking around with the little laptop in their hands.. running about to and fro trying to help this old man.My DOC councels me and says what she can...from my experience there at CCNC......I will ALWAYS be a fan!!!
