Awful intake process, Just ask a bunch of questions of the computer and let the computer tell them what you need. I have been taking my daughter in for depression and they only have an appointment open once every month in a half to two month. Her second appointment they asked my child if she wanted to start meds with talking to me. Then at each appointment tell her they when she is feeling depressed she needs to talk to someone!!!! Went to my first appointment and could not believe the number of people in the waiting room. This place is like a factory, there were over 20 people waiting. I was there for over 3 hours. I was interviewed by a social worker who took my history and then by a doctor who wanted to change my meds. I did not see a therapist and was told you don't actually see the doctor on your first visit. This place is quantity over quality. I would give it no stars!

My daughter has been going here for awhile now. I have never had a problem with anyone. Dr. Drew and Dr. Mel are the best. We had to transfer from Jacksonville to Fayetteville and now back to Jacksonville and it was done smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you have a negative experience it's probably because you are wanting something different and don't like there answers.
Too many bad things about this place. Biggest complaint. They say there’s refills for my daughter. And when there’s not and you call to get refills you get the run around and delayed for several days. My daughter has been off one her meds for a week and there’s nothing I can do besides finally go in the office with an appointment to get the refills that were supposed to be done last month.
