I had a heart ultrasound on May 6 at 8am. It was with a younger lady with dark hair. She was very nice that isn’t the issue. The issue was that she was getting on her phone constantly texting her husband about a Starbucks order. Then when he got there instead of just let him leave it at the desk. She actually left my ultrasound to go to the desk. It was super unprofessional. I’ve never experienced something like that in a medical setting. I want to preface this review by saying I absolutely love Dr Bhambi and especially his PA Taylor Bourelle. Their care is fantastic. This review is about Alyssa in scheduling. I had an abnormal stress test on 4/17. They called me later that day for an emergency appointment the following day. On 4/18 they told me I needed a procedure and that procedure was scheduled for 4/30. My work requires PTO with time advance and I submitted that day and was granted 4/29 and 4/30. Went there for a cartaroid ultrasound.Was told all good. Year later got another one and got refered for CT angiogram. Low and behold 90 percent blockage.
