Today I had a medical appointment for my 1-year-and-3-month-old daughter at 3:00 AM, but this morning they called me saying my daughter wasn't covered by their insurance. So I had to call the insurance company and update and renew it. After that, I called CCI back to confirm the appointment, and a woman answered who was unhelpful and very curt, saying that she still wasn't covered and that without it they couldn't see her. I'm so happy to have found this place where my son received such incredible, professional, polite, and friendly care—something other care centers lack. The doctors, nurses, and receptionist all provided excellent service. I give it a 10 and recommend it to everyone looking for great care! 👍
