Today I had a medical check-up appointment for my youngest daughter, 1 year and 3 months old, my appointment was at 3 am, but today she called me in the morning telling me that my daughter did not have insurance coverage and well, I had to call the insurance and update and renew, after that I continued to return the call to CCI to confirm the appointment and a lady answered me with no desire to be helpful and very curt, saying that I still did not have coverage and that without it they could not see her, but the girl who cal... read more
I'm so happy to have found this place where my son received such incredible, professional, polite, and friendly care—something other care centers lack. The doctors, nurses, and receptionist all provided excellent service. I give it a 10 and recommend it to everyone looking for great care! 👍
