RecommendedI’ve been there twice and was in and out with in an hour and a half...the staff are all extremely nice and helpful! I live in Jacksonville and work in New Bern even if a problem would arise while I was in Jacksonville I would drive to New Bern because this Urgent Care is the cleanest and had the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in the health care setting.
RecommendedFrom the moment you walk in the door, this place has a great feel. Staff are articulate, smart, and on the ball. As a US Navy veteran, imagine my surprise when I found out that Dr. Curd was a Navy Doc - I immediately knew I was in good hands. The diagnosis was what I expected, surgery has been without complications, and I am pain free. The follow-up phone calls from staff and Dr. Curd have been icing on the cake. This place Rocks!

RecommendedI have been treated here before a few years back. My daughter needed to be seen and we went yesterday afternoon. The receptionist needs help up front. Our appt was at 4 and didn’t get called back til 5!! Walked out of the office at 6! Very slow personnel.

RecommendedMary at front desk so nice and professional. Everyone greet you with a smile and concern. Dr.Curd greet you with a smile and hand shake sit down talk to you and answer any questions you may have. His assistant is wonderful too.
RecommendedI walked in and was seen within an hour and the first appointment online was 3hrs later. While we were in the back the nurse came in and said she was sorry we would have a little wait, but they had a true emergency come in and the doctor had to tend to that patient. At least we were told! That patient had to have an ambulance take them out! Hodges saw me and apologized again for the wait. That was fine, I just had a broken foot.
