CCHC SOUTHERN GASTRO ASSOC/CCHC ENDOSCOPY CENTER is HORRIBLE! A lot of folks don’t know this but I have been having horrible stomach issues since April/May 2020. To the point I can not eat. Which in return, gives me the shakes, lightheaded, tired all the time and much more. I have all types of blood test done and my PCP (who I adore!) is at a standstill. I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience. They charged me $696 for blood work. Plus two outrageous copayments. They are not cost efficient. I wouldn’t recommend them if you are on a budget. Also they sent the Bill nearly one year later. They seen me August 2019 and I’m just now receiving a bill in the mail. They are really expensive!
Granted, this is during the Covid crisis, but when I call to set up an appointment for 11:30 because I need treatment, I pay you my HARD EARNED MONEY for you to KEEP ME IN MY CAR for OVER an hour waiting on a "video call" to "eventually" come in and be seen. WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY TO LEAVE ME IN MY CAR FOR OVER A HOUR WITH NO WORD FROM ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE! I had to call the front desk who, curtly explained, a nurse would call me to "get more information" and THEN I would be seen. NONE of this was mentioned when I called... read more
RecommendedGreat place to go if you’re sick
Been dealing with stomach issues for 5 years still no cure. Have to wait 4 months to have colonoscopy just no urgency to help you. I hate to see what my customers would say if I told them I couldn’t get to them till March 🤷🏻♂️
RecommendedDr. Hall and his nurse have taken wonderful care of my mom’s foot.
