Gratefull and thankfull for all help from doctors, nurses plus the customer service is out of this world!!! 🤩
Dental opens at 8am, Medical does not open until 9am according to website.
The doctor was fine, the phlebotomist however was AWFUL. She only wore the gloves for half the blood draw. It was the most painful blood draw of my life and I bled beside the needle which has never happened before, and she would not explain when I asked what happened even though I asked multiple times. All of this and I had to wait an hour for the blood draw. Most traumatic medical experience of my life.
