complicated job done right My boss was wringing his hands when we started printing our four color brochures. Our direct response team is very demanding (ahem ... picky maybe!!) and we already had two strikes from previous printers. Rex and James came to our rescue. James is the computer/tech/specs guy and Rex used to own a large ad agency so he was the first person to fully understand what our creative intent was for the job. Then he translated it to James. Wonderful Experience CC West made a conspicuous mistake on our postcards. Period. There fault no question. BUT rather than make excuses, they fessed up, took responsibility, made the appropriate changes and reprinted without trying to pass the buck or charge some junk fees. That attitude was different and refreshing. I wish there was more of it. Thank you CC West. And for that alone I shall return.
Got What I Wanted The best thing about CC West is that their staff knows what they're doing. They're not order takers and got me exactly what I needed for my promotions. Over the years I've done a fair amount of reprinting but never with Rex.
Car wrap CC West re-wrapped out delivery vehicles with a new design. Beautiful colors and now better toll free numbers on the side. Then they put tracking phone numbers so we could tell how many people were calling. We now get 15% of all of our customers from our vans and delivery. We've now changed all company vehicles to include the wrap and are getting even more business. Post My daughter wanted to blow up a poster of her class last year and put it on her bedroom wall. CC West did such an outstanding job. It came out sharp and clear. And they were so sweet to her when we picked it up.
CC West is the best Always a quality product... These guys are smart. REALLY smart and they get technology and how to pull it all together! direct fast and cheap The best place to go in Austin because - they're NOT brokers - they actually have huge high volume presses in their offices so it's low cost and quick turn around. AND they also have smart people who can give you options that either increase the quality of the job or saves money. So for me it's good when I want quality or to deal with a complex job because I can still get a direct price on the production costs.
