They don’t inspect for legally protected amenities like hot water and gas before renting units to tenants, be aware of what unit you tour versus what unit your lease is for. When trying to contact them about these issues, they hung up on me or they tell me I’ll get a call back from maintenance and then I don’t.
Great location and a nice apartment, but the management team is very hard to work with.
Extremely poor communication. They never return calls and are very disorganized when it comes to maintenance. Would not recommend.
I’ve had a good experience overall. I’ve lived here for two years, and any time I’ve had a maintenance request, they’ve addressed it promptly. The online portal for paying rent is super easy to use, and I haven't had any issues with billing or hidden charges. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews because my experience has been quite the opposite. I think they do a good job of managing the property.
They definitely need to improve their customer service. I called to ask a simple question about my lease renewal and was on hold for over twenty minutes before getting disconnected. When I finally got through, the person didn't seem to have the information I needed and had to call me back. It’s just inefficient. I really like my apartment, but the administrative side of things is definitely a weak point for this company.
