Really bad experience working with c&c. Thankfully our owner fired them. It's impossible to work with them.
WARNING: Tenants and Landlords This company has no integrity or honesty. They will take every opportunity to take advantage of you until you take legal action. I’m a licensed painting contractor and I am appalled at the way this company runs its business. When we signed our lease, within a week we realized there was a huge cockroach infestation that wasn’t disclosed to us. We had to threaten them with legal action for them to respond. Awful service. We stopped working with them 2 month ago, and they still send notices and even put us on the list like non-payers. Never work with this company.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone, calls go unanswered, can’t schedule tours of the places that are advertised, feels like the whole company is run by AI. Do better.
I want to love this company, however communication is not good.
