Very disappointed with this property management company. My July owner payment and end of management payment remain unpaid, and I have received little to no communication regarding when they will be issued. In addition, there are unresolved discrepancies in the last two statements that have not been corrected or remitted. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Worst property management company. They take application fees and never get back with response. Keep saying its under owner review for over 3 weeks. Dont return calls.
My partner and I applied to rent an apartment through this company however the lease process was terrible. I pointed out multiple sections of their lease that are not allowed in CA leases and the response was “this is our standard California lease that we can’t change”. In addition to this, they had multiple clauses that just didn’t make sense and they were unwilling to change any of them. The manager will never answer the phone, and if you go to the office, they lock the door and leave it on "in a meeting" all day long. Their hours on the webiste are not correct for the Marina office either, neither is the location. On their website, their location is in Carmel, or Monterey. In reality, it is close to the Walmart in Marina, in an apartment complex.
