I had a tour scheduled for February 12, 2026 at 1pm in Hayward, CA. I filled out my information, confirmed the appointment, and received a text the morning of to let them know once I have arrived via text. No one answered my text nor phone calls. No signs of a tour occurring. I had to cancel my plans today for this "tour" only to end up with none and having to go home through traffic. Don't waste your time with this company.
we scheduled a showing for a Saturday morning for one of their properties, nobody showed they let us stand around and talk to their AI system for 30 minutes instead of having a real person assist us. I can’t understand why they have showings on weekends if their people aren’t even able to take a moment to tour one of THEIR properties. 0 stars of I could.
We were looking for a place a few months ago and after scheduling several viewings with several property management companies, we decided to apply with c&c. It's $45 per application and it was myself and my husband applying =$90. Pretty pricy but also about what other companies are charging. We applied, met all the criteria they listed online. We have property in Sacramento given to them for property management, they before accepting told us clearly that they will go over there frequently and watch out for any intruders while they search new tenants for us, property was ready to be rented and had kitchen and both bathrooms redone , even then they took 2-3 months and started suggesting petty things yi be fixed, and meanwhile had intruders entered and stole new water heater installed and started staying there.
