The apartment we rented was perfect: Clean, updated and well taken care of. The rental process was smooth and painless. The property was well maintained and whenever there was a problem (which was very rare), it was dealt with immediately. C&C Property Management is wonderful company to work with, and easy to communicate with via phone and email.

My application was approved quickly and I had the keys in my hands in short order. I requested a few minor touchups to my unit and those were also accomplished before I moved in. He met with us, explained the process in plain language and within an hour we were signed up with his service. A few days later my mother's house was rented and we have received timely payments ever since. Kyle thoroughly vets the prospective tenants and brought us great renters.
