The apartment we rented was perfect: Clean, updated and well taken care of. The rental process was smooth and painless. The property was well maintained and whenever there was a problem (which was very rare), it was dealt with immediately. C&C Property Management is wonderful company to work with, and easy to communicate with via phone and email.
My application was approved quickly and I had the keys in my hands in short order. I requested a few minor touchups to my unit and those were also accomplished before I moved in. The folks at C&C Property Management were friendly and accommodating and I look forward to working with them in the years to come.
The management is prompt when it comes to maintenance requests and the companies they choose to send out are local, friendly and get the job done. It's great to feel like your property is being well taken care of and they are very helpful with any questions or concerns.

A few days later my mother's house was rented and we have received timely payments ever since. Kyle thoroughly vets the prospective tenants and brought us great renters. They found great tenants and made sure that all of the financials were in order. Also, they're great people and a real pleasure to deal with. Kyle, Kevin and Bret. are extremely professional and I would recommend them without hesitation for both landlords and tenants.
This is the best property management company I've ever used! Kyle is extremely responsive, the staff regularly inspects the properties and very quickly handles maintenance issues.
