As a vendor in Rochester, NY I had to sign on with Facility Source in order to retain an established 10 year contract with XPO Logistics, formerly Conway Freight. Since signing on, we have not been paid for work for the past 4 months. Our contract stipulates we would receive payment of invoices 45 days AFTER Faciliy Source receives payment XPO.
