CBRE’s (Riley Hudson, Michael Zacharia and Erika Dalisera) communication is absolutely terrible. Reaching anyone for updates is nearly impossible, and when they do respond, it’s vague and unhelpful. Their customer service is equally disappointing, unresponsive, disorganized, and indifferent to client concerns. Terrible experience due to a complete lack of communication and professionalism. Getting a response is nearly impossible. There’s no follow-through, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. It’s really frustrating to work with them, certainly not all of them, but the ones in charge of DC don’t seem to value their clients or business relationships. Would not recommend. This happened to me recently and a partner.
Been with this company for only 2 weeks and the lack of communication is very unprofessional...
