I work at the property adjacent to this property at 2230 West Colchester Drive. It is vacant except the bar -There is a drug using homeless encampment. The responsible parties neglect the property. They have not cleaned the landscaping in months. They are boarded up in many of the spaces due to the homeless activity. I have reached out to them and they have ignored my calls.
