Received my renewal with a HUGE increase and called my agent (5 times) Krystal Dorley who promised to get alternate quotes but couldn't be bothered to call me back for OVER A MONTH! Find a better agent!
I found this agent on the JUA Website. I called four times and left messages with no return calls. The number goes right to voicemail.
Highly professional and responsive
My experience with this business in a car accident situation has been rough and inconsistent. Adam is very helpful and informative however he seems to be the only person employed here that does any work. I was transferred around to four different people within the company who couldn't appreciate that. I don't have hours to wait for them to answer yes no questions and get me a tow truck. It's been three hours since the accident and I'm still waiting to get towed. This company needs more consistency and smart help.
