Hardeep,sarah and shelby are very very very very nice. They all are very friendly and most of my dealing during my whole treatment was with these three. All in all, environment of this clinic is awesome.

This team exceeded all of my expectations! I ended up injuring myself at work and going to the North End CBI clinic for several week. I had been on the CWB program for several month and feeling a little defeated even though I was working hard at it every day. I was assigned to a new program, and feeling skeptical of the care I would be offered at this clinic. Was I ever wrong. I wanted to take a moment to commend the CBI branch team for their excellent teamwork and professionalism. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and it was clear that there was great communication and cooperation among the staff. They helped me a lot throughout my healing journey. The manager was especially impressive, leading with both efficiency and a positive attitude. Their leadership made a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere and service. Truly a well-run team!
