This place is horrible, nothing but headaches and problems. Their receptionist can not handle dual insurances. I've also had issues with them sending over refills and frequently ran out of medications. I stopped using them because of the issues with refills. Brent Landkamme was only sending over 1 month refills, despite me asking for 3-6 months of refills. The medications are not controlled substances and do not require frequent visits. If I could give this clinic and its staff zero stars, I absolutely would. The amount of disorganization, lack of accountability, and overall disregard for patient care is unreal. Every single time I call to get a refill on my medication, it turns into a full-blown headache. I had been going to another drs office for about 3 years after my past dr had ended her drs career for retirement. The office I was going to were very unorganized n u saw multiple drs due to it was a Residencery clinic. It was hard to just see one Dr and they never gave me the appropriate time or heard my concerns n just went by what they wanted to n how to treat my symptoms which caused me to be on meds that I should not have been on cuz my numbers were too good which caused me to become sick and admitted into the hospital ... read more
