I usually do not order mussels but upon on our waitress, Pearla’s high recommendation, I tried. All I can say is Outstanding! The sauce for dipping was delicious! My husband and I shared the chicken and the NY strip and they were both excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. One of the best steaks I have eaten in a while. Trust me when I say, this is THE BEST filet mignon you can find in Texas, and arguably in the United States. Chef Demetrius, man, you were made to cook. I have never had a piece of meat prepared so precisely. Another big thank you Wes, and the staff, for being so accommodating. Highly recommended, nothing but high praise, and we will most definitely come back.
Love this place. Always on the list when in Dallas, rare as that may be.
