Really disappointed with this company. I clearly told them in the job description what the issue was and that there was a stain but when the person turned up they were surprised to see a stain and thought they were only doing a regular cleaning. I was then told it would cost more and if I didn't want it there was still a $99 call out fee, which I was not informed of at the time of booking. My couch was cleaner but nothing i couldn’t have done myself…. was expecting more to be honest…. also i was quoted $250 and when i went to pay with card they said it would be more because $250 was quoted for cash…. also service received was very average will be going else where next time i need my couch cleaned.
Amazing work done
I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants their couches cleaned properly. They left my couch covered in dirty marks and told me that it would clear up once the couch dried. They stopped answering my calls and texts as soon as I asked for them to refund me or redo the clean. No ABN and operate under many names. Lodged a complaint with consumer and business affairs and they were already aware of these people. Avoid at all costs
