Excellent, friendly, family-oriented dealership I was looking for a family vehicle that is safe for my young son. I do not know a lot about vehicles and have some trust issues when it comes to vehicle repair shops and dealerships due to past bad experiences. Outstanding Service!!! My buying experience at Caz Auto Service was the best. Bob, Lindsey & Lee were more than helpful. I stopped by and look to see what Bob had on the lot on a Tuesday afternoon, came back the following day to purchase and picked up my car the next day. Cazenovia Auto quality service Bob Cowherd always provides honest assessments and is fair to deal with. I have purchased several used vehicles from Bob. The latest was for my daughter and Bob put the effort in to be sure it was a safe and in decent shape. I will probably be purchasing more for the other 3 kids.

Another great truck buying experience. Earlier this year I purchased a used 2006 Dodge Dakota from Bob & Lindsey. I had no complaints, the truck was great. Unfortunately I had an accident and the truck was totaled. After the call from the insurance adjuster my first thought was to call Bob & Lindsey to find another truck.
