Excellent Service! Excellent customer service, great prices and close to home. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help us when both of are two cars quit on us, within days of each other. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Thank you for an easy and pleasant used car.... An exact vehicle like my wife and I were looking for, with the bells and whistles beyond what we asked for at an unbelievably fair price!!! The pleasant, non overbearing owner, and daughter went above and beyond with an internet search to find our requested vehicle. Above and beyond help from this family business I just bought a Nissan Sentra from Bob at Cazenovia Auto Sales and overall they were extremely helpful. This was my first time buying a car by myself and Bob was extremely helpful. He spoke to myself and my father (who lives out of state), plus when the DMV was giving us a hard time Bob and Lindsey made sure they registered the car and everything went through correctly. Found the perfect vehicle We buy our vehicles from Cazenovia Auto Sales because we want quality used vehicles, something that can be a challenge for the lay person. Also, new vehicles are just so expensive! We just tell Lindsey what we are looking for, decide on model and year and she provides options. The last two we have chosen were two year old vehicles. Greg from Cazenovia Was looking for winter car to commute with and was shoping all around the area. Then I remembered the little unmarked and unadvertized dealer in Caz that many people I know have purchased rides from. Bob had the exact car I wanted, was willing to deal a little, and was an overall straight guy that I liked. Being a high milage used there were a few bugs to address and Bob took care of them without haste. Like so many locals I am now a loyal customer and will go back again. Thanks Bob.

Great service I just bought my 2006 chevy impala from bob. Hes a great guy and really helped me out since it was only my second car that ive ever bought. He answered all my questions and fixed up the car perfectly for me before i drove it. He had it ready for me right away and it was clean and ready to go. Bob is a great guy and it makes me happy to buy local especially from someone like him. i will definitely be going there for my next car.
