Absolutely would not recommend. They kept our entire security deposit and we never even moved in. Forgot to add that we had 2 small caged animals. They said no to this (which if fine of course) and then proceeded to keep the $1,300 deposit anyway. Not going anywhere near this company in the future.
On my first visit, even with an appointment, another couple was scheduled and on my tail on the whole walk through. If it was an open house, I understand, but what's the point of an appointment? Then, we booked to see it again, the agent didn't have the right time, and then when we got there, he rushed us through, didn't make eye contact, didn't even look up or open the door for us when we arrived, and then... called us 'kids'. Wow. I was going to post that our experience was poor. Our agent didn’t respond to texts and emails until I contacted the main office. Just a bad experience. But after reading these reviews, it’s made me feel relieved, that we won’t be renting from them after all.
RecommendedUrban Key now uses an on-demand showing system that allows potential tenants see homes they're interested in within an hour. This is a game-changer in the property management industry and one that I'm super excited about!
They don’t take ownership for any issues, and will lie to your face.
Cayce now goes by the name "Urban Key". So renters BEWARE!!! -Don't know where to start, but glad we're moving out at the end of our lease. I've had nothing but trouble with this rental agency from DAY 1. Did the checklist/walk-through inspection and pointed out the carpet wasn't new (holes, frayed edges, etc) like the showing agent stated ( I also have several pictures and emails to landlord management proving this).
