Everything about my appointment was absolutely fantastic - there was almost no wait time, everyone was very friendly (the hygienist especially - Thanks for the conversation and answering all of my questions, Kelly!), and the cleaning itself is as good as it can be. This was my second appointment and I'll definitely continue coming back!
Arrived 10 minutes early. Called back for cleaning promptly at 8:00 am. Ms. Martha, as usual, as always, did an excellent job!
Everyone is always friendly and it takes the "worry" out of going to the dentist. Wait time is minimal and love the email/text reminders for upcoming appointments!
My hygienst was Martha. She cleaned and checked my teeth. She is very gentle (I have very sensitive teeth and many people who have cleaned my teeth cause me great discomfort, but Martha does not). She does a thorough job and is very professional. The dentist, Dr. Smith, came in and checked my mouth. This was the first time she saw me, but I was pleased with her exam. I have only used this Dentist office. I don't go often enough. They treat everyone the same .. Like best friends. Great positive attitudes . I feel blessed to have Cayce Family Dentistry for my dental needs. I had a filling replaced that was about 3 decades old I believe. This office does an amazing job each time. I am truly pleased with the Exceeded expectations . Truly exceptional!!
Have been going here for over 40 years and have seen all the changes they have gone through. I can say that every time they do change, it has always been an easy transition. I have gone from Dr. Millwood to Dr. Cope to Dr. Harris and now to Dr. Smith and they have all done an exceptional job on my dental health! My husband and I have been patients at Cayce Family Dentistry since our previous dentist passed away around 1972. We were referred by a relative and have been pleased all these years. The caring gentle way your are treated makes us no longer dread the appointments. I would trust the information and the care they give over any other practice. I feel like we are visiting with friends each time we come in. .
I am a long time client of Cayce Family Dentistry and even though there are many dentist offices much closer to me, I find it worth a little extra drive to have the wonderful service they provide. They are ALWAYS prompt with my appointment and take care of me with such kindness and expertise, and I'm on my way in no time at all. I'm thankful to have a group like this that places value on my time as well. I appreciate their professionalism and courteousness! I just can't say enough great things about them!
