My daughter and I changed dental practices with today being our first visit. We absolutely loved it! From the time we walked inthe front door to the moment we checked out everything was wonderful. The front desk staff was professional and friendly and answered every question we had with ease and confidence. Our cleanings with Kelly went smoothly; everything was explained as we went along and Dr. Smith was simply adorable. Super glad we made the switch to Cayce Family Dentistry!
Dr. Smith and Amanda gave me immediate attention when I called in believing that I would need a referral for a root canal procedure. She wanted me to come in right then so she could take a look and then Amanda arranged a consultation appointment while I was still in the chair. I am completely confident in her care and am extremely grateful that I am her patient.
It's so nice to walk in and be recognized and greeted personally. My hygienist is so friendly and does a great, but gentle, job with my cleaning. She is very personable without being nosy, and is careful about not asking a question when my mouth is full of instruments! Dr. Millwood is always in and out, but he's so kind and careful while he's there. Check-out is always a breeze, and it's nice to see familiar faces every time.
This dental practice is so organized and friendly. In my 30 years of being a patient, Ive never had to wait to be called back. Martha is kind, attentive, and thorough. Explains everything she is going to do before she does it. As a nurse, I know the significance of this with patients. I met my new dentist today, Dr. Smith, and she is wonderful. Dr. Greg Millwood and his team continue the tradition of service and compassion started by his daddy. The only thing I miss, is seeing Miss Ann in the office.
I had a great first experience at Cayce Family Dental. The hygienist was very thorough with my exam and cleaning. She took the time to explain each step and her findings. Thank you for such a great visit!
