Unprofessional trolls. They just want the insurance money. 80% of appointments NEVER happen, then every few months there is a robo text stating "it's been a while". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MATERNAL SERVICES! I regret almost everything about electing their services. Find another company if you want a stress free pregnancy and postpartum.
I had some initial issues with appointment set-ups and multiple re-scheduling. However, I'm now updating my review to 4 stars. After multiple successful appointments, the healthcare members of Cayaba Care who I've met with so far have shown exceptional professionalism and seem genuinely concerned in helping women throughout their pregnancy journey.
