RecommendedWe have treated our animals at cave spring vet for about 30 years!!!! We have treated with every doctor there and have always been extremely pleased with the attention and treatment they have given our animals. They really care and it shows!
The staff and Vets are amazing
We came to them initially because they donated to the Penn Forest Spooky Owl Fun Run. They were able to get us in quickly and were very kind and understanding. They took lots of time with us and made sure we were aware of all our options. We will be using them in the future. Thank you!

Dr.Karras and his team take wonderful care of your pets and genuinely want the best for them. We are so fortunate to have moved here and to have found them. They've helped us through some difficult times with a loss of a pet and some crazy times with a new puppy. They always listen to your questions and thoroughly explain what they think is best for your pet and why. I really can't recommend them enough. We move again in July and will miss them SO MUCH!
We have taken our dogs to Cave Spring for 20 years and they are like family to us! All the doctors are incredible and their staff are so caring and compassionate!! Dr. K and Nancy have tolerated a crazy dog mom and dad with love and smiles.
I've been bringing my dog, Rudy here since he was a little puppy. He always gets the best care. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Always a great visit at Cave Spring Vet. Everyone is very helpful and friendly . Dr McCoy was wonderful with Klondike!
