Total rip off. I deal with many veterinarian's in the Roanoke Valley with my job, and this place is by far the most expensive in the area. They perform "evaluations" without your knowledge, and then send you a corrected bill, after the fact. I made the mistake of taking my personal dog there one time. He was taken there for a basic booster shot, which they did not administer, and still charged me an outrageous amount while I was there, for pretty much nothing. I have been taking my dogs here for several years. The staff is friendly, helpful and so good with my babies! I have seen several Vets and they have all been wonderful with my dogs. They are thorough in the examinations but take their time to make sure my dogs are as comfortable as possible. They explain every procedure and diagnosis fully and follow up with phone calls to make sure my dogs are doing well. This facility is top notch. Highly recommend them!
Dr. Edwards is amazing! Our dog (that we recently adopted) was coughing and had a swollen eye and she knew exactly what our dog needed to get better! She's very personable and knowledgable and truly cares about the pets and their owners. Even called the next day to check up on her! I recommend CSVC to anyone who wants their pets taken great care of!

I've gone here for over 10 years, BEST VET EVER!! They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I don't know about you, but I really appreciate not having to worry about the level of care my furry children get, they are my family. The staff, techs, and vets are simply wonderful.
