I love everything about these people. They are kind, considerate, and they treat my dogs as if they were their own. I have never once in the 10 years I have been taking my animals to them felt that I wasn’t the complete focus of their attention. Plus, they always smile, no matter what’s going on. They’re great people and terrific vets.
I just moved to the area from Ohio and I was very worried about finding a vet as awesome as our previous one. No worries after a trip here! We have never boarded our dogs, but we will have to now and one of my babies was missing a vaccine. After explaining my predicament, the staff worked with me to get her vaccine in time to have her boarded! The vet we met with was Dr Kraft and she was so kind and treated my scared, shaking little baby with so much compassion. So blessed to have been recommended this place!
I have been going to them for over thirty years. In all of that time I find that they are really concerned with the health of my pets, and finding the best way to keep them happy and have long lives. Everyone is always friendly and caring! Great place to take your pets!
This office is top notch..they truly care for your pet..would not take my precious dog anywhere else.
Over the years Cave Spring Vet Clinic has taken care of our cats and little dog with compassion and skill. One of our cats died at age 18 of old age, the other two lived for 16 years and died from cancer. They all three lived comfortable good long lives that I feel was possible with excellent care they received from the vets and techs at the clinic. I have been with them for over thirty years, and while things certainly change over such a long time, their sense of caring, professionalism, compassion, and knowledge, have remained their top priority . They have been family, always there for me in happy times and sad. I truly feel at home. My highest recommendation.
The vets, the techs, the entire staff are wonderful. I have total confidence in everything they do. Everyone is so loving and caring to my fur-babies over the years.
