After a not so great experience at another Vet, we decided to go to Cave Spring Vet. Growing up my parents, and my friends’ parents used Cave Spring Vet; so we figured we would try them. And they DID NOT disappoint. We are quite particular with our dogs, we have two hounds and a GSD. Dr. McCoy was patient, informative and caring. We have found our lifelong Vet. ♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Karras went above and beyond when my Luna baby was very sick. He was able to get her in at VT. He showed so much care, compassion and concern for her. Unfortunately after almost a 3 month battle with a terrible GI disease in which we later discovered was lymphangietasia and despite our best efforts to save her, I had to have Dr. Karras put her down. He was so kind, gentle and comforted her and was there for her and me when it came time to say goodbye. I did not feel rushed. He answered all my questions. He truly cares fo... read more
