We didn't even get to go in the cave because our experience before the tour was enough to ask for our money back. Signs regarding policies and procedures would be extremely helpful for families with small children who are used to carrying everything but the kitchen sink with them. It was extremely disheartening when we stood around in the heat for 45 minutes only to learn as we were getting ready to go on the tour that we couldn't take anything we had for our 4 year old and 2 month old.
