Very interesting tour but our experience was definitely not the best due to some extremely poorly behaved kids on a field trip. They were loud, rude, and disrespectful. Our 2 kids (7 and 4) couldn’t hear anything the guide was saying and they were disappointed in the tour. While our guide did attempt to quiet the kids down, not once did any of the 3 adult chaperones make any effort to keep the kids in line. My boyfriend and I traveled from Illinois to Colorado for vacation. We ended up at the Cave of Mounds and it was an amazing experience! Our tour guide, Iza, was amazing!!! She made lots of funny jokes and made the experience so much better! Definitely want to come back to try the Lantern cave!
