If I could take stars away I would worst place I’ve ever dealt with!!! Had me sign contracts before house was finished had me lie to the finance company about it won’t finish the details of the repairs my door hasn’t sealed since they set it up. Have had repair men out numerous times haven’t fixed all the issues and when they fixed one they caused lumps in the floor. Don’t buy here terrible place don’t buy at Cavco at all horrendous
