Had 3 nights at this fabolous hotel and we Are really happy with the room, the service, the breakfast at the Bistro. Huge thanks to Alejandro at the desk for making us a great deal and performing outstandinh service. Highly recommended!
Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and booked it trusting the pictures we saw online and regretted it. We booked a deluxe room with my family of 4. It’s a small room with 2 beds, an open closet, and a bathroom with a barn door that doesn’t even close. The bathroom was very narrow. The door doesn’t lock nor does it fully close without you having to push it. You can hear the people in the halls. TV does not work. Dust everywhere. Doesn’t feel clean or good at all. Fui a desayunar todas las mañanas ya que es del mismo dueño del hotel donde estuve hospedada, el Henrosa hotel. Es un hotel 3 estrellas ubicado sobre la Ocean Dr entre la 13th y 14th. Muy bonito y pintoresco. He usado el baño, se ve limpio. Los empleados que sirven el desayuno son muy amables, serviciales y hablan español todos.
Pasamos una excelente estadía! Buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias y la atención de Philip para destacar! Muy amable y predispuesto!
