Son muy amables y están pendientes de hacerte la estancia lo mas cómoda posible,en la habitación q me dieron a mi me molestaba el ruido constante de una tubería y no dudaron en cambiarme de habitación dándome a elegir entre 2 en diferentes plantas y a mayores el detalle de regalarnos una botella de vino y eso q era temporada alta
