Worst after the sale customer service if you live out-of-state. Found a good deal on a vehicle we had been shopping for while visiting the area in July and we still do not have our vehicle titled and licensed. It has been almost two months! VA temp tag expired and our FL temp tag expires in two days. No one returns calls or e-mails. No reasonable explanation on why the delay.
I'm a return customer. Always treated with respect and professionalism, and never rushed through the process.
Earl Odom was great! Made the process very easy! Grateful with how patient Matt was with us! We will definitely buy another vehicle from Cavalier in the future!
