They LOSE vehicles here. My husband and I dropped off his truck for service Monday night. We called the service department tonight to make sure it was ready and it was. We’ve currently been sitting here for 50 minutes just to pick up a vehicle because THEY LOST THE TRUCK AND KEYS. My husband and an extremely rude manager had to walk around the parking lot to look for the vehicle.

Had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new Ford Escape that we had to come back a few days later and get my husband a new truck! Lol Danny was THE BEST! Never did we feel pressured about anything while working with him, and he entertained our 1 year old daughter!We worked with both Allison and Matt for our purchases and they were so amazing to work with as well. Even though we won’t be needing anymore vehicles for a while, I would recommend Cavalier Ford Greenbrier to everyone! Thanks y’all for the awesome service!
Although we got rid of our Ford, I wanted to leave a review for Nikki in fords service department. She is amazing and goes above and beyond for her clients! This will be the one thing I will really miss! She made sure I was taken care of. If you have a choice and want someone who listen and cares about her service clients ask for Nikki! Great experience with knowledgeable, professional, and understanding staff. Throughout our buying experience with Danny he was always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and was NEVER pushy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us to select the best option for us. He was an integral part in making our buying experience easy, smooth, and pain-free. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will return if ever needing another vehicle.
Richard Sinclair is the best. He has taken care of us so many times, we have purchased 6 vehicles with him. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful he has been. The finance guys are just as wonderful, smooth sailing and cant leave out Mark, worked so hard to get us great deals. love them all!!!
