Claimed sticky stuff from a spill on the dash shorted radio screen. No evidence of anything spilled or sticky when we pulled the radio to check behind them. Wanted $1200 to replace. Dishonest! We have been buying from them for 30 years. Never again!

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience at Cavalier. Unfortunately, when we removed your radio there was an outside liquid source on it that shorted the radio.
