Claimed sticky stuff from a spill on the dash shorted radio screen. No evidence of anything spilled or sticky when we pulled the radio to check behind them. Wanted $1200 to replace. Dishonest! We have been buying from them for 30 years. Never again!

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience at Cavalier. Unfortunately, when we removed your radio there was an outside liquid source on it that shorted the radio. Because of this, it is not a warrantable repair. I have attached photos taken by our Service team, if you have any other questions or concerns please reach out to our Service Manager at 757-413-5542.
We have been using Cavalier Ford for our vehicle servicing for years and have always been completely satisfied. We were looking for a used F150 so naturally we started with Cavalier. Our salesman, Lee, was outstanding and made the whole process run smoothly. Highly recommend.
