My vehicle needed some warranty work. I wasn't excited about it, and I figured the service department would feel the same. Mr. Lacey with the silver team set me up with a date for the diagnostic and repair. He was very courteous as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle issue. Today was the appointment. Everything went great checking in my car. Mr. Lacey informed me that he would call me later in the day. I didn't expect him to, I figured my car would be there for a day or two before I got a call.
