first time I took my SUV, they forgot to connect a part which made my check engine light come on. the Second time after spending over 700.00 for tune up, took my SUV in for the Works oil change and now my SuV won't start. The excuse that was given to me was my battery has a lot of corrosion on it. Within the 5 months I have spent well over a 1000.00 and you telling me they couldn't clean the battery. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
I can’t begin to express the amount of dissatisfaction that I have experienced over the past year, with this company, dealership and the new Ford Fusion that I purchased on October 20, 2018 from Cavalier Ford located in Chesapeake, Virginia. 4 months after purchasing my vehicle on March 16th, I was taking a trip to Pennsylvania (a 284 mile drive). I would not recommend this dealership as they like to waste your time yo request for a specific vehicle they say they have it in stock and on the lot when you get there they don't have them but they can get one for you so use this tactic 2 get you to the lot and waste your time avoid bait and switch tactics
Thanks to Christan, he helped me get a car that I could afford with no credit. He also helped my boyfriend get the truck that he wanted! he does above and beyond for his clients! Will definitely be back!
