We had such a lovely experience here with Abbi! We were on the hunt for an SUV and found the perfect one here. Abbi made the experience pain free, they had the vehicle we were looking for on the lot, gave us a decent trade on my Fusion and we were in and out within a few hours. Hubby and I love our new Explorer and had an overall great experience!
They have terrible customer service especially during the time of this pandemic. Easy to advertise all over the radio and tv that y’all are open and you don’t have to cone to the dealership. “We will bring the vehicle to you for a test drive” so I ask the salesman to drop a vehicle off to my house, for me to test drive. To which he replies I’ve been swamped all day and we don’t do that. My brother in-law, my sister in-law and myself have all been trying to deal with cavalier within the past month and can’t get a serious sale... read more
