My first apartment while attending pvcc and I can't ask for anything better. The neighborhood is great, the staff is very helpful, and it's easy to keep track of how much you owe. I absolutely recommend this place for a student apartment.
I love cavalier crossing! It's a great place to experience the "college life" even when you go to a community college. You get assigned roommates who become super great friends.
My Ac hasn't been working for about a month, they have come in and out to try to fix it but nothing has happened yet. They told me they were waiting for a part and then they told me a guy broke something when he worked on it. It's been 90 degrees lately and not only are my roommates and I suffering but our dogs are too. My dog pants all the time because of how hot it is and the ceiling fans do nothing. For the most part, I love living at Cavalier Crossing. It's aaffordable and the amenities are excellnt for the price. The office staff is really nice and the new general manager is amazing. The only problem that I have is that I think there should be a higher level of security.
A friend of mine completes the rental agreement application, passes the credit check but needs a Guarantor to co-sign. She was told if the Guarantor fails the credit check she would be responsible for the entire years lease but cant move in. I didn't believe this when she told me so I called and they told me the same. That's like buying a car where you need a Guarantor the Guarantor credit check fails so now you have to pay for the car but you cant drive it. This can't be legal!
Terrible place to live nothing but shootings, stabbings, robberies, break-ins and stealing going on don't ever stay here.
