I just recently moved in here since I've been here the washer has stopped working the sink has leaked my roommates ceiling fan fell from the ceiling our AC has not worked since Sunday we have called and called and called and apparently AC is not an emergency to them I would not recommend paying $410 a month to live in an apartment with no AC and the pool looks gross!
I love how involved they are trying to get the residents to know eachother but some issues need to be addressed concerning guest
The staff is friendly and they truly care about their residents. That being said, the amenities here are a joke. Considering those are ALL of the pics on their website (they're clearly attempting to highlight them), I think it's important to know-they're pretty bad. I haven't been able to sign into the UVA website in under 10 minutes for a year (and therefore am never able to print assignments in a reasonable time). I've been living here at cavalier crossing for a year and i haven't had any problems. The customer service is on point, and if there is ever a problem with maintenance, they are on it almost immediately. The rent is definitely worth it and it's the cheapest in Charlottesville, which helped me out a lot. They put my teammates and I in a brand new apartment, fully furnished and took care of us. The staff is amazing! I would definitely recommend for others to move in!
Cavalier Crossing has shown me and my roommates countless amounts of love and appreciation all year. From putting us into a brand new apartment , to giving us the opportunity to have a team cookout here as well! A great place, and even better people!
My experience here has honestly been more than exceptional. I've never had any issues here. The people and the community is quiet and respectful. The training facilities are legit, and the computer lab is very beneficial especially being that I'm a college student. For all/any maintenance problems, they've always responded swiftly and promptly. As rumored, the rent and utilities are beyond reasonable, so you won't have any rumors along those lines.
