Best gym in town, some say it's expensive but Caustic Crossfit is the best gym I've ever been to not because it's cheap, not because it has all the newest equipment but because everyone I know that goes has gotten into MUCH better shape going here, it's not easy it's not cheap but the trainers here get you into the best shape you can be in and they will help you get into shape if you'll let them! If you have 4 days a week give CC 2 months and you'll know it's the best shape you can be in!!!

I live in NH, but I am originally from Philadelphia, MS. This box is the closest that I know of, so every time I am visiting family, I make the drive to drop in for a workout. The people are very friendly, the coaching is great, and the workouts are very challenging. The gym is run efficiently and is one of the best gyms that I've worked out in.

I dropped into the box while visiting my parents over the holidays. This box exemplifies the CrossFit team experience. I was welcomed and then encouraged throughout the workout. Great box! I'll definitely be back.
