Today was my first time ever doing CrossFit. I was nervous because of the amount of people but a lady straightway came to me and took me under her wing and showed me the ropes. People were very friendly and the workout was fantastic!
I liked that I didn't feel like I was at a day spa. This is a real gym for those who want real results. Loved it!
