False advertisement on Amazon showed a beautiful 3 lb. fresh brisket - I received a frozen, vacuum-packed (showing signs of freezer burn) with a lb.. of fat on it. If I would have seen a picture of what I received I would not have bought it. Beware unless you can personally see what you are buying...
